What about my kids?
We have something for the kids, too!
Our nursery is for babies age 0-24 months.
Super Church is for kids from 2 years old through 5th grade and meets
during the 10:30 service. You will need to escort your child to Super Church and sign them in.
We do background checks on adults working in these areas.
Do you have anything for youth?
Yes! We have a Youth Group for grades 6-12 which meets once a month, right after Sunday morning service. Many of our young people also participate in the service by working in the sound room, being part of the praise and worship team, or helping out in Super Church. Please check the calendar for the next Youth Group date.
Do I have to dress up?
Nope. Not unless you want to.
Meet the pastor
Pastor Phillip is a native of Augusta County and graduate of Bridgewater College. He became the pastor of Southside in 2005. It is his goal for those who hear the good news of Jesus to understand God’s love for them and be set free from fear, guilt, and condemnation. Pastor Phillip is married to Laura and together they have four children. He enjoys coaching basketball and gardening.
